Matthew's experiences as a former Special Forces Psychological Warfare expert, and a Captain commanding paratroopers in the 82nd Airborne Division provided the foundation for a transition from military to business leader.
The Army selected Matthew for Graduate School to receive a Masters Degree in Management.
In 1994, Matthew accepted a position as a sales consultant in the competitive medical device industry. Within five years, he was a Vice President in a leading innovative biotechnology company.
As co-developer of a new business unit, he led the business development, and global hiring and training of over sixty-five sales consultants in eleven countries. One year after releasing product to market, Matthew participated in the sale of company for 16x earnings.
Today, Matthew leads The Life's Work Group, Inc. a global strategic Life + Work design for executive and entrepreneur men @ intersection of professional success and personal significance.
His men@pause blog is a top internet site in igniting a conversation with men in transition.
