Tim Berry Reflects On Changing Dad Roles

Thursday, June 26, 2008 at 03:16AM

Tim Berry, Founder of Palo Alto Software writes a great post on the changing roles of fathers here.

Tim is one of my entrepreneur mentors. Business visionary, husband, father, business poet, naturalist, and lover of all things Oregon-I admire him.

I am honored to also be a contributing author on his blog.

1. What is your version of success as a father?

2. How will you know if you are successful?

3. If you had to prepare a job description for being a father to your children, what would it include?

4. As a business leader you establish qualitative and quantitative objective standards for those on your team. What would one of your "father goals or objectives" look like with this standard?
